Online Store Very Close!

Just a quick update on our progress.
We have a very functional website with a lot of our products on ready to launch that we hope you will all enjoy using. There has been a slight delay with making the website mobile compatible but we hope to have everything ready to go by tomorrow.
We have added contact details at the bottom of this page. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require an urgent delivery.

It's been a busy time uploading numerous products and completing the move from the shop.

Hi, I am Tori, and this is Stella in my lap and Tricky on the left.
The Greensborough Grain Store has been a family (a few different one's) owned small business for well over 100 years! In keeping with recent trends the business took on a new direction by becoming an online/direct delivery store. While doing this, the main aim is to continue the peronalised, informed service the business has been known for. I am more than happy to discuss any aspects of your pet care directly with you.
I have been involved with the Grain Store and the Pet Industry for nearly 15 years and have lived locally to the Diamond Valley for over 25 years. I am a bit of a horse enthusiast myself and generally couldn’t imagine life without animals being part of it!
Online Ordering
The Online Ordering System will be a continual work in progress. I will continue to add stock items to the website. If you are unable to find a product on this website, it does not mean it is not available. If you have a specific product requirement please contact me so I can endeavour to source it for you.
If you are uncomfortable with purchasing online I am able to process your order via email or SMS. There are EFTPOS facilities and Direct Debit is also an option. Please email immediately should you have any issues using the online ordering system.
*Delivery
The business is based in the Diamond Valley – North East Melbourne. Free delivery is offered for orders that are over $30 and are within the Bundoora, Heidelberg, Ringwood, Coldstream, Yarra Glen, Strathewen, Wollert area. Handling and delivery time for free delivery is up to 5 days. Should your order be less than $30 or you require a faster delivery time a $15 delivery fee will apply.
For orders that require delivery outside of the specified area, please email me to discuss options.
